This contract was separate from the monthly membership contract I signed with Crunch and paid in full.At the end of the two weeks of training on 8/6/21 I told my trainer, *********************, that I did not want to do anymore training sessions and he responded that he was fine with that. I was never advised of the cancellation policy nor does the agreement require cancellation in writing. During the process when I signed up for the above, I was clear I only would do 6 sessions and then I would decide after the 6 sessions if I wanted to sign up for more. Total amount I obligated my self to was $240.00. This was for 6 personal training sessions under a promotion that I would pay for 3 and get 3 free. I entered into a PT Agreement with Crunch Boulder starting on 7/24/21 for the total sum of $240.00. Crunch has charged me $45 for a membership which is still supposed to be frozen. Today,, I viewed my credit card statement to find two more additional charges of $14.99 each. Despite this, I have a singed form stating the terms of my freeze, which lasts seven months. ![]() The manager said that they couldn't do freezes over three months long and only one freeze per year. I called the location and asked them to remove it, nothing came of it. I had not had an issue with it until a few days ago,, when they charged me. They removed the charges from my account. After the freeze, I continued to be charged, which I disputed with my bank and credit card company. It was to be effective starting, unfreezing on. Before the end of my three months, I signed a freeze agreement on.
